Have gone through 2 different DRL Modules. Upon further inspection with soap and a leaf blower...

Looks like the seal between the lens and DRL Module has failed, causing moisture inside the bottom lens, which then drains into the module causing it to short circuit.
Suggestions on what type of silicon/sealant to use to seal this up again?
Also I want to try and get rid of the water spots, can I pour a little distilled water in there and then pour it out, and dry?
