Do you need a CARB sticker on a Neuspeed Pflow Intake to pass CA Smog?

My CARB Legal sticker fell off of my intake some time in the last year. Anyways, am I still able to pass smog with out that sticker? Thank you.

You don't need the sticker necessarily, but you definitely need the paperwork stating it is CARB legal from Neuspeed's site. When I first tried to get my car smogged after I installed my P-Flo, the technician wouldn't even attempt to smog it unless he had the paperwork in hand.
