For the past month or so my CEL has been coming on and off. Unfortunately, I don't have vagcom or no anyone in the area that does. I work at a local shop and used our snapon scanner that works alright. I got the typical low fuel pressure code that usually leads to a bad cam follower. However I just changed my follower about 500 miles ago at 37k. My original follower was perfectly fine but I replaced it anyways. I'm still getting that code, so I used a multimeter and tested the low pressure sensor and Im getting the 5 volts your suppose to get there. It's looking like the sensor is bad. Now my question is this common? My car is Revo stage 1 and intake. It's an 08 FSi so could this just be a normal lack of fuel due to the stock Hpfp?
