Neuspeed one is too soft, feel nothing after installed it so take it off and sell it finally. Just used it for a month.
Later on, installed the MTM one, feel firm and power transfer to wheels more direct. Once shift down from N to D gear, immediately feel gear contact, firm and confidence to go. Before, just feel soft and start to move like stepping on cusion. Vibration is nearly nothing and just very very minor difference compare with before.
I think the key point is not just filling the gap. It is providing additional support from soft engine mount. Intalled it for a year, re-check the engine mount quality, still good condition without damage by metal insert.
