Slight misfiring

My 09 gti (tsi tuned apr stage 1) misfires when the throttle reaches a certain position. It idles fine and drives fine as long as im light on the pedal. It throws a cylinder 4 misfire code so i swtiched the 4th coil pack with the 3rd to see if the code would follow and it did. I replaced the bad coil on the 3rd cylinder and the code went away but as soon as i started heavily accelerating it misifred again throwing a cylinder 3 code this time. Im thinking its something fuel related? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
