Go to start my car and the engine tries to turn over, but lazily and then goes to a clicking/buzzing noise.

Battery is less than 2 years old. So should i be looking at the alternator, starter motor, or something else?

I checked the battery cables and everything looks normal. Nice and clean

Any help is much appreciated

Few batteries are really "sealed" batteries. You live in hot climate, battery could have failed early because it is low on distilled water. I live where it is hot and I have to fill mine up a bit each summer.
