meh, buy it all when you have the cash. i don't get the entire buying it in pieces deal, parts sitting in the closet would bug the hell out of me. start up a savings account just for engine build, earn interest on it, buy all the parts at once and do entire install at once.

also, i demand a rerun once you upgrade lol.

You said you have rods already, correct? What do you think the timetable is going to be to get the motor build completed?

Wow. Those pistons are very nice. Do those lower the C/R or are you doing that another way?

Clutch came in today. stg 4 rated at 480 ft lbs. Bought it used with only 2k miles on it. Figured it was a good way to save $1000.

BT's torque curve changes quite a bit compared to K03's and K04's. Sure they make more torque than a K04, but the percentage gap in hp/torque is different. I've seen BT 1.8T's making 300whp and only 250wtq. Our cars make more haha.

Eric, hopefully that clutch was broken in properly.

lol because race car. 480lb ft torque would be easily 550hp. Not too many MkV's running those numbers and those that do have that also have auxiliary fuel pumps, a second set of injectors...etc.
