MK5 2009 gti// EPC light + engine light+ misfires

This morning I turned the car on and it started but I noticed the EPC light on as well as the check engine light. The car was rough idling and rpms were bouncing , eventually rpm dropped so low car shut off. Start it up again ran for about 5 mins and shut off.

Got new coil packs put them in, the lights came off! Things were looking good for about 3 minutes until the rough idling came back, as well as a blinking engine light.

scanned the codes and they read for multiple misfire in all 4 cylinders.

Could it be my spark plugs?

EPC light makes me think throttle body???

Anyone got an idea???

I would look into carbon deposits on the back of the valves. Personally.

I forgot to mention, once in gear the roughness stops the car is fine, these issues only occur while the car is idle

Would this cause my EPC light to come on? And it’s not so much just cold start misfires, I can drive it warm it up, but once I’m driving less than 10mph the rpms bounce again and the misfires will happen, and also when I’m parked.
