Okay, so driving on the interstate I accelerated to pass a vehicle and the vehicle red lined and had no power. I was almost rear ended. After releases the gas the vehicle caught itself into what seemed to be first gear and I was able to limp it off the interstate. I had just purchased the vehicle 450ish miles away. I had made it 400 miles on my way home, and the vehicle was not driveable. PRNDS were all flashing. After multiple key cycles and two state troopers later. The vehicle started up just fine and drove normally and PRNDS was not flashing....for two miles. Then the same problem. I limped to the nearest exit and called in the flat bed.
Once getting the vehicle to my home, I ran autoscan and produced the following codes

I have an appointment at the dealer Tuesday for diagnosis. i'm sure it's most likely the mechatronics. My confusion comes in when the vehicle only seems to operate in first gear, no reverse either. (reading manuals doesn't mention just operating in first gear, unless I missed it)
The next thing that confuses me is without clearing the codes, after allowing the vehicle to sit for sometimes...usually overnight. It will start and run for around 20mins normally. Seems to go about 5-15 miles and the light and indicator flash will come back, forcing the car back into first gear only.
Basically I am wondering what solenoid or part I need to replace, since I will be pulling the mechatronics I will be doing a recommended service as well.
I have found replacement solenoids, but I'm confused as to which one or ones to get.
Code says pressure control solenoid 1
So I am assuming that I need to buy N215, or N216 seeing how they are interchangeable.
The solenoid valves N88 , N89 , N90 , N91 , N92 and the pressure control valves 1 N215 , 2 N216 , 3 N217 4 N218 , 5 N233 and 6 N371 are secured in Mechatronic unit.
My car is out of warranty and I'm quite confident that I can make this repair myself. The dealer wants 1900 for a bad solenoid, and when the car works it works great. So it has to be a corroded wire, or a small issue.
Would is be temperature related as the light only seems to come on when the engine has been running for quite a while?
Thanks in advance for any comments or opinions. Has anyone had anything similar? I have read quite a bit on FLASH OF DEATH, but no one has noted that only first gear was operational. Car has APR tune.
