Bad information. FSI clutch is resilient to anything a stock turbo can put out unless you abuse it on launch.
I upgraded to APR stage 2 at 50K and my stock clutch started slipping at 93K. I replaced the flywheel, clutch and PP myself (clutch disk looked almost new, plenty of thickness, no hot spots on flywheel). Second stock clutch started slipping at 105K, at that point I replaced it with a Sachs RE clutch/PP.
I've owned the car since new and never launch it. In my case, stage 2 was enough to overpower the stock PP clamping force. S2+ would have made it even worse.
