Everything works, you lose the convenience menu, unless you upgrade your BCM. There is nothing important in the convenience menu anyway, all those features can be enabled/disabled by VCDS.

Gateway was upgraded to a 7N0 version. Everything else works properly.

We have sold plenty of these across the world since posting last year.

That's OEM in the facelift Scirocco. Cannot be retrofitted.

What did the new console cost you and how long did it take to get programmed?

What exactly is the process here? Do you send him both your new and old console and he sends you the new one back reprogrammed?

Any pictures of your final setup?

BRMTDI does this cluster swap for mkvs as well, located in NJ. You can contact him through vortex. He did mine a few months ago.
