Guys Christina got her Bag Riders kit (1st R32 kit to Australia I believe) installed and today we dropped it as low as it would go. We've noticed it's not as low as a non-R MKV. I assume this is because of the 4WD drivetrain?
I've seen lots of R32's on this forum a lot lower. I've vaguely heard about lifting the drivetrain up into the chassis (!!!). I'm not sure we'd go that far but I'm curious to know more if there are any links pointing to more info. Thanks in advance!
All installed. Audio installation guy has been contacted, he will commence work on hiding all this gear this week.
Not set the preset settings yet.
Rear at it's lowest setting.
Rear 3/4.
The 235 wide tyre is rubbing up against the front bumper. A 215 tyre would fix this no worries.
Front 3/4.
Front can go down a little more but the 235 rubber is rubbing up against the front bumper and I didn't risk it.
