Hello all.
• I will order tyres/wheels soon.
• Probably Falken with 215-35/18 dimensions + Coilovers.
• My main question is : What specs can i fit in the back? I was thinking of 18x8.5 in front and 18x9.5 in the back. Will any bigger fit? I dont want rubbing or any weird noises.

Depends on the offset.

I currently run 18x8 et35 at 24" ftg. Rubs in the front if I hit a bump while turning. No issues in the back. 215/40 tires.

Much more than that and you'd need camber plates for the front. 9.5" in the rear may poke.

• I am thinking of JR23 (Replica of BBS Super RS).
• The thing is that we dont have any static golfs in my country. probably the first one around. We have like 10-20 cars in whole Country that have tight fitment and 2-3 with bags.. So Internet is my best friend right now.
• 215-35 will have a major difference with the 215-40 that you have right now. Especially when right now i am running 225-45-17's GT. Damn i am so confused !

A quick look at their website and I see 18x8.5 et45 for those wheels.

215/40s should be fine and allow you to get pretty low.

The wheel measurements above are very common for VMR wheels, which are popular on VWs. Search for those, you'll find a ton of information on ride heights and tire size choices.

Also, this site should help you figure out how different widths/offsets compare.

And here's how 18x8 et35 wit 215/40s looks.
