Help with fuses (PLEASE)

I looked at owners manual and there's way more fuses that listed. Its driving me nuts. Can someone link me to a list of interior and engine bay fuse with what amps and what the function is. I went through and checked them all now when I start the car I got a ECT light, a light that resembles a steering wheel. Can someone please just shoot me something that will let me see what's missing or misplaced. Its a 07 GTI Seems to be fully loaded I think but I got to get this squared away as soon as possible. The manual fuses are all in order its all the other things it don't list for example my car does not blow air out the heat vents no matter what temp or setting its on. Its cold out there, so cold
