EPC = FU!!!

Ya, y'all must remember the traction control & epc lights coming on following full engine shutdown. Well many searches on vtex lead me on wild f***ing goose chase. But my scanner with freeze data showed tps stuck on a single value once this took place on the road. I swapped my moms Passat b6 3.6 throttle which is exactly same and couldn't get the thing do that any more after hrs of testing. So new throttle it is.
Glad I didn't have to chase wiring / pedal sensor / maf and shit. But I now work at Audi dealer so, should I have the vcds throttle adaptation done after replace? Does it matter that much?
