Cleaned Valves, Now P0016

Just started the car after removing the intake and cleaning the valves with a walnut media blaster. Got a P0016 code upon startup. Here is the code copied from the VCDS:

I had to turn the engine by hand to close the valves on the other cylinders. Could I have possibly moved the timing belt off?
Thoughts please?

Just to verify before I anser...fsi or tsi?

Timing belt changed at 90k. Current mileage 140k

Lots of thing could have happened...It could be a bad timing belt tensioner, chain tensioner, cam adjuster or n205 Valve or a wiring/fuse/ground/fuse panel issue.

Timing belt is off by 1 tooth. Currently fixing.

How it skipped by just turning the crank?

too much force, or maybe a component in there is going out and too much resistance made the belt skip a tooth?

If thays the case I would just do all the components.

May be he turned the crank anti clockwise to close the valves.

Exactly my thinking.

If it can skip a tooth from rotating it by hand, then something is def not right.

I turned the crank clockwise to close the valves. The belt likely skipped on startup as it was turning over for about 30 seconds before it started because the fuel pump wasn't priming with the drivers side door opening and closing due to a low battery.
Just took the car on a 3,000 mile road trip and haven't notice any problems since.
