No need to roll the rear they are already flat. Just put the wheels on and camber the rears in until they are sitting just inside of the fender.

-3.5 degrees of camber and they sit fairly snug.

I have a set of BBS CH 18x8.5 et35 ordered with Hankook Ventus 265/35/18...

I'm a little worried now that I've read this thread and the widest tire I've seen is a 225

I bought them from a dude for $800 shipped (wheels/tires) I really couldn't pass up that deal. I have pics of the set up on his AUDI A6 and they look fine

Lol. An A6 runs a hell of a bit difference of offsets and tire-sizes.

18x8.5 +35 on 225/40/18 if you're decently low will already rape your fender(s).

Hell, my 18x8 +32 RXs with 225/40/18 Winters already poops on my fenders, lmao.

If you're stock height, i'll be fine. You'll look retarded, but it'll fit.

um.... yeah, 265 is a fatty LOL. You're going to need smaller tires like a 215

thanks

haha yeah I figured it would look retarded at stock height...

I don't wanna go too slammed though, lots of the mkVs I've seen are too low for what my daily driving can handle.

Any suggestions on springs? ..or coils...

air setup is probably what you are seeing. and my suggestion is start searching, all the info you can dream of for the mkv is here.just got to look.

you know us noobs, we hate searching for stuff..

air suspension? really?... i will probably just sell the tires on an STi forum then lol

Air wouldn't help with 265s, lol.

Sell the tires, get some 225/40/18s or 235/40/18s and call it a day.

Drop the car on a nice little cup kit, or some coilovers.
