I got this hidden for a couple of months. I wanted to get the approval on the credit to buy the house first but I couldn't wait more.
the bank just called a few minutes ago saying that it's good to go, so it's double the joy

By what you say everything seems to be falling in place for you! Next step is us saving up for a house, that may be some time as houses are expensive as hell out here.

But again congratulations on everything man!
