Thanks for the help guys, job is done.
What I had to do in the end of it.. Bought a micro-grinder and grinded a straight line through the screw, then took it out with a flat head screwdriver.
I happened to have this extra bolt at the end of it, not sure where it was from or if it was from this job at all. As well as some new issues which I will make a separate thread about(engine codes).
