Rear Brake Dragging

Flushed the brakes, just for maintenance and the left rear pads are dragging slightly. Really confused how this has happened. I jacked the car up and I can spin the wheel four to five rotations and the right will spin about ten rotations, with the same force. Builds up a little more heat than the other brakes while driving, but nothing to bad.

Any ideas, no pulling issues and pedal feels fine. I know when I replaced the pads the caliper inner has to be turn and compressed to reset. Should I just drive this out wearing the pad a little to get it back to normal?

Thanks guys

I removed the rear caliper and discovered the bottom pin was stuck. I must have missed cleaning and lubricating it when I changed the pads. The grease was petrified, so I cleaned everything, lubricated and installed new boots. All is good again, thanks guys.
