Oil pressure problem

I've had 2 balance shaft oil pumps fail in 18 month.
I opted for the balance shaft delete using the mk4 1.8t pump kit.
all has been well for the last 2 weeks, but I've now got low oil pressure at normal running temps after a run of 60-70 mph.
It's only when I get to 30mph and under driving.
I'm having to put dsg gearbox in S to stop light coming on or if it does.
It's going back to garage again tomorrow so any help would be much appreciated by myself and my mechanic.
by the way it's a mk5 golf gti running stage 2 software

Did the problem occur before the balance shaft delete?

No it didn't, its happened the last few days.
If the revs are above 1800 rpm it doesn't happen.
Not sure if I have a faulty oil pressure switch or because the pump doesn't produce high oil pressure at low rpm

Update.
I had oil changed to thicker grade fully synthetic (not sure on grade now).
All has been good for a week but tonight it's happened again.
Keeping car in 3rd gear at 30mph stops light coming on.
Guy in garage that changed the oil said next step could be big end bearings although he said he couldn't see any sign of wear when he changed the last 2 oil pumps.
The oil had no glittery bits in it either or. The last 3 oil changes in the last 1000 mile.
Want the car sorting as it's my daily driver and I've spent quite a bit on it with mods.
