Address the codes with the earliest mileage marker of 179534 km. They were first and are likely responsible for the others. Once they are sorted you can clear the codes and see if the remainder reappear.

You can enter the P codes into search here to see if their suggestions help at all with your own diagnosis: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
I'm sure you may have already done that.

I would look for the obvious in regards to the initial codes though...tighten clamps on intake piping and so forth. A lot of times the too lean and rough idle codes come from a bad O2 in the first bank position...but I wouldn't replace it until after all connections on the intake and pcv ends are checked to be tight and proper.

Thanks very much for that :)

could P2279 be caused by a faulty PCV??

I am definitely getting this noise. Not as pronounced but almost identical..

Yes, the PCV could be responsible...this is what is on vag-com when I searched P2279:

Possible Causes:
  • Vacuum Leak
  • Intake Manifold Runner Position out of Specification
  • Faulty Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) System or Heating Element (N79)

Possible Solutions:

  • Check Intake System for Leaks
  • Check Intake Manifold Runner
  • Check (PCV) System and / or Heating Element if applicable
