camshaft position sensor replacement?

i was getting faults for a fuel pump and cam pos sensor, both of which are on the same harness, so turns out, when i installed the manifold the wires got pinched somewhere and that is why the car was running like shit. im gonna pick it up tomorrow at 7:30am and it should be running fine
