152k but yeah. I took out 3rd and 4th gear in October 2015 after drag racing. Pretty sure it's probably just the shift fork/synchro since I can still drive it, but I got another trans anyhow.
Otherwise, a lot of PM and some upgrades.

Yeah houses are expensive lol. We just bought a whole house water filtration system to help with our well water. Our tap water is now cleaner than bottled water so that's cool, but $4200 later I could have finished my motor build.
