Lol people spot my MK4 Jetta around all the time. I recently saw it broken down on the side of the highway. :frown:

Yeah, I was pretty shocked considering I was in Atlanta and all the traffic here. I mean, it's possible it wasn't mine since all my mods were very OEM+ and not uncommon; DG springs, yellow Lamin-X on fogs, tint, Classix, debagded, and black front logo. Wish I would have noticed if it had merkey's hubcab removal DIY.

I was last there in November 2007 for Thanksgiving. That was the year it was below 20 in Chicago and snowing in DFW when we got there...wasn't much going on as the locals were freezing.

Fun times over at GolfMK7 watching the shit show that is the new APR+ program... Doesn't seem to be going over well with the enthusiast crowd, but I could see them selling some to people that have no idea. Sort of like "rust proofing" and "paint protection." People are hating mostly because over the cost of a typical car loan, you'd be looking at over $2k for a tune that is below Stage 1.
