Hey Guys,

Overall, my seat covers are in great shape for a 10yo car. But the drivers seat cover has been looking a bit "tired" lately. Although, perfectly clean and whole, it does appear to be a few shades different from the other seats. Thats just age and use.

Wondering what others have done to keep theirs looking like new. Would a detail shop cleaning or a session with a wet vac restore new appearance or do I need a new seat cover?

I would rent a carpet cleaner and go to town. Amazing how much dirt/dust stays in the cloth. I've done this to mine and it looked 90% better.

Did a number on seat covers with Rug Doctor Portable Spot Cleaner. At least a 50% improvement. Not bad. Is this about the best I can hope for? Would car wash detailing place do better?
