P2293 & P0089

My car has recently started throwing a p2293 and p0089 code, I've replaced the low-pressure sensor, high-pressure fuel pump, cam follower and check the camshaft, and replaced the fuel filter. But nothing has fixed it, it's also not going into limp mode and it pulls just fine. I'm stumped at what it could be, and I don't want to just keep throwing money at it.

Everything is at idle:
103-1 Current,Fuel pressure 5125.5 mbar <- Sometimes this number cuts completely out

103-2 Fuel Pressure,Regulator 4000
106-1 Fuel Rail, Pressure (actual) 48 Bar
106-2 Electric Fuel,Pump 1/2 91.8%
140-3 Fuel Rail,Pressure (actual) 49.28 Bar
141-1 High Pressure,System Adaptation .51 Bar
141-4 Fuel Rail Pressure (actual) 49.28 Bar
230-1 Rail Pressure,(specified) 49.92 Bar
230-2 Rail Pressure,(actual) 49.94 Bar
230-3 Rail Pressure,Difference - Bar

WOT:
103-1 Current,Fuel pressure 4666.5 mbar
103-2 Fuel Pressure,Regulator 4000
106-1 Fuel Rail, Pressure (actual) 82.56 Bar
106-2 Electric Fuel,Pump 1/2 91.8%
140-3 Fuel Rail,Pressure (actual) 83.84 Bar
141-1 High Pressure,System Adaptation 1.08 Bar
141-4 Fuel Rail Pressure (actual) 80.64 Bar
230-1 Rail Pressure,(specified) 109.44 Bar
230-2 Rail Pressure,(actual) 81.28 Bar
230-3 Rail Pressure,Difference - Bar

Not liking the duty cycle of the Lpfp at 90+% at idle. I see you replaced fuel filter was it with a 6.6 bar filter?

Ended up replacing the low pressure fuel pump (In tank electric pump) and it fixed my problem. The "103-2 Fuel Pressure,Regulator" now sits at around 64-65k, and my "106-2 Electric Fuel,Pump 1/2" sits at 42% usage at idle.

Well it was fixed for awhile, but the problem came back after I took it on a 1k mile trip. I’m not sure what else I could replace, it seems to run fine. Just annoys me having a cel

Did you use a dealer part for Lpfp? Did you use Vcds after installing the dealer pump?

You mentioned that the fuel filter was replaced. Was this before or after the codes? The reason I ask is that mine came up with the P0089 code after a filter change. It turns out that there are several filters that will fit MKV GTI. The one I installed had 4.0 Bar stamped on it. The correct one should be the stamped 6.6 Bar.
