ESP Button Light

So probably a dumb question: I’ve recently noticed that my ESP buttons light is on (The word OFF glows in orange). I’ve done a bit of research online as my owners manual is in German and I don’t know it, and I might be mistaken but it is supposed to indicate that ESP is off. However, on my dashboard the ESP warning light is off. How does it work? Could my dashboard light be shot? Or is it all normal.

Ty for help

Well I don't exactly have an explanation for it but I turned the key today, and the traction disabled light came on on the dashboard. Held the button for 10 seconds, both the button and the dashboard light turned off. Might be the cold, I live in Poland and it's about -7 celsius. But Ty IbrahimR :)
