to do the solid puck (the second link), you need to dremel the rubber out of the subframe or remove the subframe and get it all out before pushing in the puck

thats why i say to just go with an insert. it will take you 15mins to do the insert, save you a $150, and they feel almost the same

Oh! I'll probably pick one of those up shortly then.

You mostly need the insert with a stage 1 tune. It's rather inexpensive. I had crazy wheel hop after getting flashed and this tamed it down a bit. Later on I changed out the suspension including bushings, control arm bushings and mounts to stiffer aftermarket parts. I don't have any wheel hop left that I can tell.
