Yousafs Golf Mk5 TDI Build Thread / Progress *PIC HEAVY!*

Hey Guys, I'm Yousaf and am 18 years old. Basically I have had my mk5 a while now and have finally started making some progress on it so thought would start a build thread, please feel free to let me know what you guys think :thumbup: !

March 2014 - Bought the car

She had 82,000 on the clock with only 3 previous owners so was a steal for the price haha, she wasn't exactly 'clean' and needed a lot of TLC, a project I had to give myself!







March 2014 - First Mod - Mk6 Boot Release Upgrade

I absolutely HATED the white worm effect the early mk5 boot release badges got and had to upgrade!











March 2014 - FK Angel Eyes







April 2014 - GTI Front Bumper Upgrade







Finished Product after I painted the red strip silver to match

Also painted the rear badge silver to match



April 2014 - New Alloys

left the mirrors silver for the S3 look haha (Roof wasn't finished at this point)

Unfortunately had to sell though as they were 9.5J all round and were sticking out too much

However with the money I got for them I managed to buy coils
