Just like the title. I'm looking to buy some huffs in any condition.

I plan on powdercoating them, so I really don't care if they are scratched.

Don't need tires.

ot, but if the wheels are curbed bad, or worse, bent, then they'd probably have to be fixed before powdercoating.
