1988 Grand Voyager: learned to drive in this thing, hauled lots of shit, but a total pig on gas; electrical system died in 2002 while my brother was driving it, went to junkyard that would tow for free
1988 Ford Festiva: learned stick, had stupid driving fun, enjoyed its go-kart like non-powered steering; sold for $500 in 2001
1997 Mitsubishi Mirage DE Coupe: bought for $1500 from Truly Nolen, so it was yellow and had paint missing where they clipped off the ears and tail; drove it through college, was nice because nobody wanted to ride in a disgusting econobox with no AC, traded with my brother who was starting college when I got a job; head gasket went earlier this year, scrapped for $250
1997 Mitsubishi Mirage LS Sedan: in the family for ten years now, still runs, AC works, ugly, but I don't drive enough for replacing a working car to make sense.
201x VW GTI: when the silver car dies. I hope they bring the Fahrenheit Orange color to the US soon.
