Water Leak in the Cabin

What's going on everyone,

I need some help pinpointing a water leak in my 2008 VW GTI. Whenever it rains I get water on the passenger side rear floorboard. I believed it to be coming from the top, but its not because I placed a mat and rags (assuming to see if water was dripping from the sunroof lines) and no water landed on both items.

However, water was found underneath the mat and the only thing wet was the carpet and underside of the mat. This leads me to believe water is not coming from the top but from the bottom.

Any ideas?

I guess you have a sunroof, it's due to a clogged drain. Water leaks at the bottom of the A-pillar, down into the carpet but behind the plastic covers, it's not visible

Found the issue. One of the hoses from the sunroof disconnected from another hose that exits through the fender.

All good now ?
