Hi I’ve just purchased a 2010 golf R and I’m to they are rare and was wondering how rare it is factory spec
Black 5 door dsg sunroof front and rear parking sensors satnav dynaudio and half leather and alcantara bucket seats 19 wheels and led lights ?

OG owner here of a 2012, I haven't had any major problems, 6 years of ownership and getting ready to hit 70k. I'm not highly tuned but I knew going in that when I go 2 or 2+ I will want to do my clutch before hand. As for traction control, the module can be reprogrammed to allow it to be turned off fully, there are mods to resolve the worry about the cam follower but to each is own on that one and pending your immediate budget

Rare is relative of course, it was a limited run, but the real question is how many are remaining. Certainly some have been removed from the road due to accidents and the like in the years since sold new.
