Volkswagen trying to shut down <my-gti.com> site?

I don't know who created/sponsors that site but I went there today looking at the list of "VW petrol engine oil spec 502/505 approved oils" and saw the thread asking to help any way you can.

That was my fault leaving the side news banner in place after updating the main article on the dispute, I've now removed that to avoid confusion. As mentioned by others I won the dispute with Volkswagen AG and have heard nothing more since the decision.

Volkswagen are again trying to shut down the my-gti.com site and have refiled in the Czech Arbitration Court claiming new information has come to hand which isn't really true but with their unlimited legal resources I suspect they are wanting me to give up otherwise they will keep refiling disputes until they get the decision they want. The last dispute cost me hundreds of hours in time to build a defense and this will take a similar amount.

Any help is welcome even just comments of support. Spreading the word to other Volkswagen forums or news sites or even general automotive sites would be helpful. If Volkswagen are able to bully sites into closing who will they target next? Many Volkswagen fan sites have a VW trademark in their URL or use them across their site.

Just spreading the word to other forums and automotive news sites would be a great help unless you're a lawyer happy to help out with wording and arguments.

Volkswagen don't need the bad publicity of being a large corporation bullying a small fan site.

The first case was fair enough but they lost and should move on, sites like my-gti.com and this forum do no harm to Volkswagen (in fact the opposite) but the lawyers and I'm assuming senior Volkswagen staff don't understand this and believe everyone is motivated by money.

I won the dispute with Volkswagen AG and have heard nothing more since the decision.

On December 2020, I'm unable to access the site for any of the useful information I had previously bookmarked. Can anyone shed any light on the current ruling for the site?

I have not been able to access it for weeks, it may be gone for good except what the Wayback Machine has captured.
