changing service intervals

ok, i got a new one how do i set my service intervals to 4000 miles ?
I couldnt get that figured out either, i wanted to change mine to 6 or 7000. but i Could see to do is reset the service, change the service intervals to 5000,1000, and 15000...
You can set service interval distance in 100 km (62 mi) increments.

Service intervals are changed in the instrument cluster adaptation.
There are settings for both distance (in kilometers) in channel 42
and time (in days) in channel 41.
There is a sequence to be followed when entering these values,
it is shown in the VAG-COM help bubble when you access these channels.
To set 4,000 miles, enter 64 (6,437.376 km = 4,000 miles)

Amazingly useful guide. I now have my HID high-beams + 2500k FTP's + 2500k Fogs that can all be on at once and I'm loving it for dark country roads. Also did windows up/down, sunroof up/down, and got rid of the seatbelt warning and washer fluid warning.

Some times there is nothing next to the box. Not all boxes have stuff to change.

OP, in the long coding helper, do you find any text for any of the check boxes at all?

I thought Ross-Tech stopped doing that a while back,
i.e. if Ross-Tech did not find a documented feature for a bit,
in the more recent versions they removed the check box too. :iono:
