US vs Euro R32 Tail Lights

I'm confused as hell guys, i know there's two versions the US and Euro. The euro i know has amber, fog light, etc. Now my question is how come some people are saying/said that the US R32's came with regular tail lights that were non tinted? If so, then why is it even call it US spec then? Do all US spec r32 tail lights come with the little LED?

I could be wrong but Im pretty sure the US spec R-32s didnt come with tinted tails or that little LED, I dont know where ECS got those tail lights

Euro spec 5 door R32's came with slightly darker tail lights, iirc. They arent tinted. Its a darker shade of red used in the lens cover.

The Euro R32 tails are tinted around the circle part, like what Darcness does

Its hard to tell but I would guess no, they dont have the extra LEDs. As far as I know the only tail lights with that little LEDs are the ones ECS was selling for so cheap. They were calling them "OEM US spec tinted tail lights"
