Western European powers loved to screw Bosnia first when they were in a position of weakness, and again when they were in a position of power. I'm glad Ukraine is getting better treatment, but if we're going to learn the lessons from the mishandling of Balkan politics then we need to learn all of them. Ukraine should push back to 2014 borders and use portions of Crimea as the bargaining chip for a Russian understanding of a NATO acceptance if need be.
