I saw the wrestler only cuz Micky Rourke won the Golden Globe for best actor and I wanted to see how he did on that roll! Im an aspiring actor!
He was awesome movie it was sad exciting you totally connect with him in the movie. As like 90% of guys I was a wrestling fan when I was little and I didnt realize how much shit these poor guys go through when there carrers are on a downward spiral.
Micky Rourke was emotionally epic in this movie and at times I almost shed a tear for the guy!
You want the best for him and you think its going to be happy ending but like in real life it never is!
Wish people would check it out and props on Micky for his Comeback!

9/10 stars!

i want to see this mainly due to Darren Aronofsky i absolutely love his camera work. The only one of his movies i didnt really enjoy was the fountain, but i was really tired when i watched that.
