I had five straight days of hardcore family activities - family coming into town, leaving, going to the in-laws (four days in a mother fucking row), and the traffic. THE GODDAMN TRAFFIC.



I drank a handle of vodka between Christmas day and New Years.

Traffic actually gets way better here around the holidays. All the rich dudes (and gals) working at Apple/Google/Yahoo/Facebook/ect are take of on vacation for like three weeks. And those damn Google buses are not on the freeways!
