At least others are finally acknowledging that there is a big problem at the border. I brought this up a few weeks ago. They were taking people to small border towns in Arizona that don't have facilities or resources or even a hospital to take care of people. They have since started bringing them to Phoenix and putting them up in hotels.

No one is perfect and all fail, that is the point of forgiveness. This however does not grant someone the right to sin as much as they like and ask for forgiveness but should seek forgiveness and do not transgress again.

God is perfect in all ways! If we all held ourselves to His standards we would not have all the problems and turmoil we do. As an example, we would not have any need for abortion as sex is for a man and a woman in marriage and through that perfect union life is created. Add in sin of promiscuity and you create an additional sin of abortion.

Loving God is not signifying perfecrion but quite the opposite. It is having humility to say, "I am not perfect, I am weak, I have sinned. Here I am Father, save me and find me worthy of your grace." Such a beautiful thing, I pray you all have that moment with Him when your eyes are opened and are no longer clouded by the evil of this world.

It's about money and humanity. When Southern States get laid to waste by hurricanes or floods it isn't their own micro economies bailing them out.

If you follow Corprin's logic he's saying that next time people need help in the USA they should get the middle finger instead because the humanity they display in regards to taking care of the weakest members of our global society is found to be severely lacking.

There is more than enough money to pay for all of this and more...but we have to stop letting billionaires use American infrastructure to enrich themselves while not even coming close to paying for the resources they consume.

This is exactly the problem. If the world followed your specific set of beliefs, it would be a better place in your eyes. If the world doesn’t fall in line with your ideal, it is flawed and we all should ask for your god’s forgiveness.

You know there's actually another angle to Corprin's post that he may have intended, or may not have intended.

The reason all of these migrants are coming from Honduras and Guatemala?

1. They are the first (of many more to come) climate refugees - the area has been experiencing unprecedented drought due to climate change and the main domestic product of these countries is farming.
2. The US government by way of the CIA destabilized the region by covert regime change. You know that fucked up thing the CIA has a boner for doing?
3. This one is not so recent so I am hesitant to plug it in with the top 2, but the war on drugs.... enriching drug smugglers in the countries so they end up being the ones in control when the government is weak/poor

These people are in some ways our responsibility, but in other ways they are just a human responsibility.

Also, the climate refugee thing is gonna get so much fucking worse, even inside the USA. America could have lead on the issue but the corporate scum who controls our government has spent 50 years actively pulling us in the opposite direction.

Biden sent more relief money overseas than he gave to Americans. I'm all for helping out, but we shouldn't be carrying the whole world. The UN, the WHO, we've always paid more than anybody else, yet they provide cover for China.
These ILLEGAL immigrants got the idea Biden was going to let them all in, he stopped building the wall, we have RECORD numbers of them coming here. There is a process for immigration, but that's not what's happening at the border.
