It looks like science might save us from our own stupidity again. Johns Hopkins made a huge break through. They identified the protein responsible for factor H suppression, which is why the immune system starts attacking organs, and not just the virus, and found that suppressing factor D completely stops the APC cascade in the first place, which is what causes the massive inflammation.

It'll be interesting to see if that also addresses the clotting issues.

There are already drugs in the pipeline to suppress Factor D, so it could be pretty quick. Also, I can't find anything on Famotidine's (Pepcid) affects on factor D, but it could explain why it's been effective at cutting intubation and death in half in at least 3 studies to date. There's another really large study in progress right now, that everyone is waiting on the results for. I'm trying to do more reading on it now, but until now, no one would have had a reason to study the affects of an H2 inhibitor on Factor D. If one of the drugs in the approval process now or Famotidine is shown to suppress Factor D effectively, it would make Covid much less a threat. Combined with a safe and effective vaccine, it would effectively end this threat, despite the stupidity of those that refuse to properly wear a mask, distance and avoid large crowds.

How about those? Do you think there's only one vaccine being developed? And what does Remdesivir have to do with anything I said? And what about millions recovering? That's what happens with a .7% mortality rate for those that contract the disease. What about the million that died?

And the CDC didn't actually say that, that's what you interpreted they said, because quite frankly, you're stupid and lying about being a paramedic. The CDC said that people reported wearing a mask. There's no way to verify they actually did wear their masks or that they wore and maintained the mask correctly. Go eat a bag dicks, murderer.
