17 times more money. Come on. Nobody underestimates a bid by 17 times which only shows that Cyber Ninjas had no idea what they were getting into.
If I can put on my conspiracy theory hat for a moment...

Alternately, this guy, who is in tight with and a donor to prominent Republicans, purposely underbid the job and the people in charge deliberately selected him knowing this, so they could get him the contract, then pay him an exorbitant sum after the fact. I strongly believe this audit is equal parts political theater and grift. It's a kick back to one of their political supporters.

I'm including the screen shot of this.....

Lets just take the table at face value

Between 1st Feb 2021 & 7th June 2021 there were 33,206 total COVID cases of the DELTA INDIA VARIANT with 42 deaths..
Out of those deaths:-
23 were from the 19,573 unvaccinated people.
7 were from the 5,393 people who had only the first dose of the vaccine
12 were from the 1,785 people who had the both doses.

Unfortunately it has NO information on the underlying condition of those people, & those that died & that were vaccinated, proves that some people "think" they are totally invincible from any variant of COVID...after both doses & probably don't mask, don't socially distance etc....You just have to look at the geographic & demographics, cultural & religious norms of the areas in the UK where these Delta/Indian variants are...total no brainer as to why the deaths are as high even with double vaccine doses...

View attachment 216957
And this is what some people don't want to understand:

The first dose doesn't protect enough by itself
Being fully vaccinated doesn't make you invincible
Vulnerable populations die from very common illnesses

The big takeway from this chart is that the vast majority of illnesses is amongst the great unvaccinated.

Who cares. There's nothing wrong with being an apologist when you believe the person you are standing up for is correct. Actually it's an admirable thing to do
The literal definition is: someone who offers an argument in defense of something controversial.

What you're describing is being someone's ally or supporter.

If that person were to then go on to espouse radical ideas while you continue to support them, you have then become an apologist.

From the inside looking out being an apologist seems noble, you're defending your pal or an idea. In reverse though, an apologist has lost sight of who or what they are defending. Instead they just act blindly, defending even the most inane or obviously false statements.

Actually, that sounds like many of today's Trump supporters. Many of the policies were good (if often badly explained) and should have been supported. OTOH, many were just looney-toon statements intended to pander to his base.

Supporting the policies you believe in is correct (and yes, even noble), but when you blindly accept everything, just because it is from that person or party - that just makes you a jackass.

Being able to discern what position/policies you agree with, support those and call out those that you don't agree with, makes you a productive member of our society.

Agree 100%.
That's why I called out the SCAMdemic nonsense last year, and continue to do so.

That's zricky's modus operandi - make an outrageous statement and post a link that purportedly bolsters his claim - but never does.

Anybody who refuses the vaccine based on conspiracy theories is a fucking idiot and a potential murderer.
You have issues flinging accusations and branding people left and right. I bet you are so brave only online.
