Suspension refresh?

2008 Gti with 130k miles, Eibach Pro Kit springs with Koni FSD shocks/struts - just a DD, no track use. I don't have any specific suspension issues but figure it might be worth refreshing some of the supporting suspension components - maybe new control arm bushings, tie rods, strut mounts, ball joints? I'm not necessarily looking to make "upgrades" or to spend $ just for the sake of it but I assume some things have to be getting tired after 10+ years even if they aren't obviously failing. I just ordered a front subframe locking collar kit and new dog bone mount insert so might as well address some other items.

I would do the Whiteline control arm bushings (large ones) and some TT strut mounts. Save the others (tie rods, ball joints, etc) for when they wear out. If you don't mind spending a little for upgrades, the Passat knuckles and control arms are a good investment. Buy them used and you'll get ball joints, wheel bearings, hubs, etc.

The TT mounts are correct. The bushing I buy without the mount, you can cut out the originals and these will slide right in by hand. Save $18.
