actually it is 11-12 with a peak of about 13-14. I was surprised after I installed my boost gauge.

see i read that on the Tex...but i didnt believe it...cuz no one had any proof...but a boost gauge will tell the truth

thats why i said 10-12 with peak at 12...but even still...it sure doesnt feel like 12psi

from my understanding of turbos there wouldnt really be an increase with a chip mod..

maybe slightly more due to more exhaust flow, which in turn would provide slightly more power?? :iono:

some turbo pros out there could answer this one

well the stock turbo is only a baby turbo i think and yes opening up the exhaust will allow increase

its more like a hair dryer than a turbo to me.... its tooo small.

Yeah, I was very surprised at the peak when I installed my boost gauge. 1 bar spike is pretty good.

Mine spikes upto 1.1bar and holds it for only a second, then it decrease and stays at 0.5 - 0.7 bar when you hit the gas.

Got mine done today and the guy told me it boost anywhere from 18-20. It feels like it too. What a difference. I finally have a fast.
