Scuffed Routan

I scuffed my wifes Routan, w/ the GTi side mirror, any ideas on how to get it off. I used both a cleaner wax, and a compund but to no avail. I dont think it is through the clearcoat. Thanks guys..

What did you scuff it with?

Are you trying to remove by hand or with machine? Some scuffs are too deep they can only be hidden to a certain point.

By hand...thats all I have I was going to get the dealer to get me an estimate but she doesnt need a tune up yet.

Try Goo-Gone. If that doesn't work then you can try a tiny dab of nail polish remover on a micro fiber, it will take the scuff right off. I've done this many times on my cars from trucks nipping our mirrors and bumpers in the city. Just make sure you use as little as possible.
