Hey, so I'm rubbing pretty bad in my rear fenders and I am almost 100% sure the culprit is a screw holding the rear bumper onto the body of the car. Only problem is that I blindly dremmeled the shit out of it so now it wont be easily screwed out. Any suggestions/anyone else have this issue? I have 225/40/18 tires on ET45 wheels with 5mm spacer.

I'm assuming it's just the passenger side that's rubbing?

I have the same setup and can tell you that you have two options, one is remove the spacers or two is add camber. Fix it now before your tires pay the price.

I would just take out the spacer. Unless you want to camber it out. Its really easy to do either one.

the fender liner rubs most likely. this is what rubs on wifes car but she's et35 on lowering springs but only rubs when car is full. remove the spacer et45 should be perfect for gti
