Has anybody ever seen this code before?

005386 - Engine Off Timer Performance
P150A - 000 - - Intermittent
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00100000

Fault Frequency: 1
Reset counter: 255
Mileage: 0 km
Time Indication: 0

Freeze Frame:
RPM: 258 /min

RossTech site isnt much help, it just points to an ECU update for the Tiguan.
I cant find any other information on it.

Im assuming this is related to the engine off "turbo timer" that we have built in to our motors?

I obviously have the APPR stage2 flash (and most recent version) so shouldnt that eliminate that problem?
Also its odd that Im just NOW getting the code, rather than 5.5 years ago when I first got flashed?

from what i've read, it has to do with software within the cluster (which also contains immo coding, nut sure if thats relevant) and an aftermarket reflash wont necessarily affect it. Doesnt look like theres a time limit for the cars showing the code either, just more common on '09s

GolfMK6 pointed out that the recorded voltage is low.
I was having battery issues last week (starting the car and rolling windows up/down) and finally replaced my OEM battery last week. This might have been a residual code from last week
