Your complete auto scan would be nice seeing that you have other issues based on your one screenshot and we do not know the year of this GTI.
With the coolant temperature at least 80° C. and engine running at idle the air flow quantity at Mass Air Flow(MAF) sensor should be 2.00 to 5.00 g/sec

Other issues are just over rev from me down shifting to early that was from months ago., other is for the EVAP n80 valve as it was disconnected and came up with incorrect flow.
the MAF readings are at 2.9 on idle.
I believe it’s from a cheap air intake that had not been engineered correctly to suit the MAF as it is a 3inch pipe.
