Oil Filler Neck UN-delete

Location
NC
Returning my fsi back to stock and wondering if it's possible to install a new oil extension tube having already deleted mine. If not, it's not that big of a deal, just would be nice not having a crater where the airbox should have the oil cap.

Searching around has led me to believe that once it's off, if you didn't save the tube, you're SOL. Checking to see if anyone else might have a different story.

Yeah, if you don't have the tube, you're probably SOL. If you do have the tube, I would think you could glue it back. You'd have to use high temp glue and hope it holds, but once the car is sold, that's no longer a problem of yours.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. I want to go back to stock so the dealer won't shit on me every time I go in for maintenance/recalls. In a perfect world, I'd keep my pflo and have access to the engine with the pop of the hood but I can't have it both ways apparently.
